Each to their own. I pointed out the risks following an Australian director resigning from an overseas-based micro cap. I think calling a director is useful but not the holy grail of making an investment decision - I don't think it's sensible to see something like this happen and then think "I called Andrew so all's well and fine", that's just my personal view though.

I'll continue to follow the stock but decided to sell and sit on the sidelines when the announcement came out.
