SBB requested all directors excluding one to live in China during the IPO. If the ultimatum was given to a director who had a foundation in Australia to move before the final day of the calendar year or their position would be terminated, would you expect him to move? You don't know the circumstances therefore stop speculating. Today alone fifty-seven directors have resigned from their positions on ASX companies. Your speculation that there is a hidden message simply because a director resigned is simply a direct relation to your sub-concious describing your feelings towards the stock. Quit speculating and whinging, simply leave the stock.
