Correct, I don't know the circumstances, that's why I sold the stock. I'm not speculating, I'm saying there could be more than the market (e.g. Hot copper forums) is aware about - this is not necessarily the case, but it's a risk. If you know more than I do then that's fine, you can base your decision on what you know and maybe you'll do better.
I don't think it's a fair comparison to say there were 57 directors resigning today and then say Andrew's resignation was just one of many - There's a difference between a director of an established large cap such as CBA or BHP resigning and a director of a recently listed micro cap resigning.
I'm not whinging, I'm just writing my opinion on a stock forum.
