I doubt he was politely asked to walk as no director mentioned to replace him , so I would say he did this on his own bat, it is not a good look for a company trying to gain investor confidance ,and given I think he was the only Australian citizen on the board (SBB web site shows Reid as a resident not citizen) it makes for disturbing reading .
