I'm hoping this is all part of a larger finance deal with the South Koreans taking a position.
In any case, even if these directors were unhappy with TNG surely the investment companies that they work for would want to sell only above 0.20, rather than smash the price down to 0.05? I imagine they still like making money?
I would expect them to sell into good news coming up, as this way it would make then much more money. Unless PB has been working some magic and the shares may be done off market in a larger equity / finance deal.
Who knows. I guess we will find out soon enough. I'm thinking that all the silence lately is due to sensitive negotiations going on and PB can't release anything due to jeopardising any agreements in play.
