Similarly "Looks more and more like Alexicool is the real product offering here" is clearly an opinion by way of prefixing with an apparent verb such as looks like as opposed to solely a definitive verb such as is.
The questions and opinion I raised was quite obviously from the resignation of an ex-military director. I don't wish to insult the intelligence of other readers by spelling out the link. Its extremely tedious that I even had to point out the above...
