That is interesting. Does that mean that we are currently non-compliant? If that is the case why are we not suspended. Do we need an Australian based director or can we appoint a local agent who is not a director.
Maybe the next Board member will have something to do with a potential licensing contract.
I am thinking that this resignation and the issue of lack of directors residing in Australia might not be unrelated. But only AJX hierarchy really know.
