Yes we need one sooner or later, I believe we don't have a choice whilst being an Aussie listed company.
The company have contacted the ASX and ASIC and have been granted time to appoint a new director, I'd assume we'll here more on this in the near future.

Just in case anyone amps up over Aussie director issue, I have discussed with ASIC and ASX and they are aware and have confirmed we have time to appoint, so over covered all bases. Onwards and upwards. Big week this week! Cheers
