Po is a seasoned professional with experience in business consulting and investment banking in China and Asia Pacific.
Po was a Director at PwC in their Advisory division. In the deals area, Po specializes in cross border M&A transactions, financial restructuring, valuation, and corporate finance activities.
In the consulting area, Po specializes in improving the performance for corporates by providing strategic, financial and operational solutions to help them grow.
Prior to this role, Po was a Senior Manager at ANZ Project Finance division. Po was primarily responsible for originating and executing project and structured financings consistent with the bank’s natural resources and infrastructure strategies.
Po had USD5 billion worth of transaction experience in China and Asia Pacific that spans the financial services, private equity, natural resources, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. Po holds a Masters Degree in Commerce (specialized in Banking and Finance) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney in Sydney.
Po is a Fellowship member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA).
