Interesting....Peter Rozenauers was appointed after the funding deal in 2015 by Orion as an Orion Nominee Director- Orion sold out last year but did retain 16.7 million options and BLK would still owe them a substantial amount of money... so why is the inside man going? Orion Probably sees the inevitable....the share sale last year would have helped ease the pain
