Obviously for family reasons and unrelated to anything else that may be going on.

Given what he actually contributed having been on board through most of the GraphenEra fallout and a string of ASX issues, it is fitting that his share value ends up as $0.

Declan did manage to dispose of a whopping 788,510 shares at $0.001 per share giving him $788.51.
Must have been a little short of cash at the time.
