Resignation of Director
Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) wishes to advise that Mr. Ananda Kathiravelu has tendered his resignation from the Board effective today so that he can focus on other business activities.
On 27 August 2020,
Ananda Kathiravelu, of Perth, WA appeared before the Supreme Court of Western Australia and pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit an offence of market manipulation.
