On George he was out of his depth. He doesn’t have the skill set to do a turnaround. He is a big company man.

Turnaround especially a company as complex as mrg (thanks to original mgnt) needs a unique skill set. Val has that George didn’t.

Val is perfect for the job she is highly detailed (an accountant so she can add up unlike previous mgnt) very hard working and very intelligent and knows ag. Right person for the job. ... finally

they do have good assets and now good board and mgnt team in place it is just matter of time to get the ship on track
