    I agree with you opinion about the actual asset. I do not know enough about the board members to voice an opinion. I certainly hope you are correct and finally a competent management team is in place. One of the reasons I bought in was an article I saw about Amazon buying lock, stock and barrel and organic producer some time ago. Cheers and good luck.
