No. It should be flowing up to Isa but at a reduced rate. There is quite a bit of demand in the Isa area. Gas from NGP displaces gas that would be flowing from Ballera so that gas is now available elsewhere. That’s how backhaul works, CTP doesn’t need to physically deliver molecules to Brisbane to sell gas there.
The CGP has higher capacity than the NGP so even if the NGP was maxxed out there could still be gas flowing northwards on CGP, depending on demand. From memory the CGP was flowing around 70-100 TJ/d before NGP so that seems to be the approx demand in the Isa area.
