It is clear that there is potential that Mr Fraser was privvy to voting numbers prior to it being disclosed to shareholders at the AGM. This allowed Mr Fraser to make decisions ahead of market which may have had an affect on the market for which he is a part of.
A trading halt should be placed on this company and a please explain given as to how and why Mr Fraser made the decision to resign, with a documented record of the process he took and steps he made to put the resignation in motion.
This level of management making decisions based on information not yet disclosed to shareholders is deeply concerning and not what I was hoping for in a company we were looking to buy into.
