Banks are in the business of lending money and having it repaid.
Not in the business of chasing borrowers through the court system or forcing sell down of assets in order to recover their capital.
Clearly the financials of this business do not meet the lending standards of their current banker.
Mac Bank wants them refinanced that is now clear from the recent announcements.
Problem is no major lenders are coming forward to refinance the debt.
