Management will be looking to either recapitalize or merge with another player.
After a number of cap raises I think the recap will be difficult.
A merger will require the other party to have a strong balance sheet that can provide massive synergies that can save expenditure for both firms.
At a time that all real estate businesses are under pressure it doesn’t look good.
