Agreed, there is a cap raise coming. Interesting to see if they can raise the capital in this market.
Not a good look when a major shareholder steps down at this point in time. He has either lost faith in the company or has fallen out with the management of the company. Mitchell is no doubt a smart kid (who gets results) but, is known to throw his weight around to get what he wants (He is on the register of a number of pre-ipo stocks and have seen this first hand). Lets watch the register closely, if Magnolia sells i will be following them out.
