    yes, the discount is the value of shares that the board is about to disburse between pals....

    more seriously, anyone who wants to take DEG over has to go through DGO first. That’s the value in DGO shares now, as far as I’m concerned. An acquirer could buy DGO and then only need a few more percent in the open market to trigger the mandatory offer.
