Back in November 2020

A year of change always bring uncertainty, and thankfully that is now behind us. Crowd’s Board is unified in its vision and has an absolute commitment to the success of the Company. I am especially proud that after just 12 months we have more than doubled Shareholder wealth as measured by CM8 share price, and now have a company that is financially secure, has freed itself of onerous and burdensome debt, and has a whole new D2C vertical with its own revenue stream. Most importantly, Crowd is now well-poised to be the global leader in conversational commerce.

A year later and the share price will be back to where it was before they came on board so the jury will be out on what exactly they did bring to the company.
