Please don't take this the wrong way, but I hope not.
We need somebody with actual mining experience, and loads of it.
Somebody who has been crucial to efficient project development for a big player like maybe BHP, Rio or any other big Australian. Or better yet, our JV partner Chalice... or any other company in the Tim Goyder stable of champions.
Somebody who can turn the protestors into cheerleaders, same as several other big projects have done.
Somebody with enough leadership creds behind them, that international markets will spark an interest when we hit the T200.
The last thing this Junior needs is another amateur on the board, no matter how much they've performed as a supporter for the past year.
