I'm actually happy with this, the message has been sent, it's loud and clear. I may change parts of my vote as my intention was to send a message not damage the company. I'm happy with AR and think he will add value, it's just the board knowing that retail investors can make it difficult too similar to institutional investors if they don't perform.
i know Riley was outside their control as the price crashed hey it happens so is business, what was in their control was getting together and saying hey option 1 was not fruitful here is what we will do instead to keep value adding. The lack of a response really peeved me off, business continuity plans thought was standard. Well now they know consequences, when anything significant happens have a backup plan.
