Great news. Halliday hasn't offered anything since stepping down as MD.
I see this as a sign that management realise that more is required of them to serve their share holders.
I think AR can stay on as MD...not every MD has to be a logistics and PR expert...as long as they have other attributes...and AR does.
I hope we pick up a new board member that is good with the strategic vision side of things...the history of successful enterprises is replete with these types of pairings (i.e. technical nerd paired with a dynamic strategic salesman).
