Is there a funding crunch? Has Greenstone said no more, goodbye and Sawyer no longer relevant.
Or perhaps his input beyond funding the project on at least four occasions is otherwise irrelevant.
Or as someone else has suggested Greenstone may perhaps see a better route forward as a non-listed PE venture following a low ball offer? Such a COI would prevent him remaining as director. Smoothy is the other big holder and he is still there. I doubt his overall position is as bad as Greenstones given the amount of contracting he has done.
There could a last ditch effort to raise cash from investors other than Greenstone. This would have to be attempted unless the creditors have closed things down.
