So you're telling me a guy that's been in finance for 25 years, some of that time as CEO of two different organisations only realised in January after 4 years with both Wingfield & West Witts there would be a conflict of interest? Could you tell me if you are serious?
Or are you saying that it has taken from October til now to work out that there was a conflict on the EOI? Or are you saying that despite the ridiculously generous terms in that EOI, so good Wingfield came on here to skite about it, that there might be even better terms if Winfield actually puts the money upfront? So good they force O'Malley off the Board?
Sorry, but it still smells like BS, whichever path you want to promote on behalf of your mates that are still neck-deep.
