Who knows why? 'Effective immediately' never sounds reassuring over an unexplained departure. ARR is a public company and like all such the board serves at the behest of the shareholders, or that's the theory. So, why the abrupt departure?Look e.g., at the departure of CEO Geoff Adkins from Vital Metals on the arrival of the new investors. Do you think that shareholders might have liked the reason before the sp went on to tank 95%!
