Not a comfortable ann. I forget or a change of director wasnt flagged plus if there is no replacement lined up it makes me think the founder is out of sorts. Why does a 'founder' just walk away from his baby ?
No mention of ongoing consultancy or imvolvement in the team, why no replacement lined up, mention of cost savings as a reason for BOD reduction.
Could it be a billionaire wants him out of the way?
