I'm pretty sure Povey specifically made a move for HLX due to the JV agreement with Legacy Minerals for the Cobar project.
That deal was executed on 19th August, 2024 and they have minimum commitments including geophysics and 700m of drilling within 12 months.
So, he's got six months to get that done, otherwise, you can kiss that project goodbye. I don't think Legacy will extend Povey the courtesy of an extension given the hostile nature of the board change unless Legacy were made aware of it prior to it happening.
