I'm no charitst whatsoever but you are spot on, when I look at the chart it literally has traded side ways for a while. I watched it long enough and got a bag, It is about 4% of the portfolio for now. There is much to like long term, valuation isn't bad at all. Just need to see how this whole thing plays out...
