Those two were the worst directors on the planet.... (exaggeration) but u get the drift, they have no idea what's going on, you ask them a question they don't answer...
Worse of all they don't even get back to you on anything...
As with the company secretary, he's just as bad, he's like a proxy with so many random fingers in different pies he wouldn't even know if a sledge hammer fell on his foot..
They really need to hire someone to actually engage with their shareholder base...

Or they can do it the American way, let it drift to oblivion, make a takeover off at some real disgusting price but at a 100% premium... and say there's no other offer available because we're the majority shareholder lol!. The business well and truly exists and makes money there's no doubt about that, whether there's anything unsavory going on internally is a different issue..

Seriously, their Government should clamp down on this behaviour because it's giving their businesses a bad reputation.
