Its still the most cost effective way to purchase real estate anywhere in the world - i would rather invest 400k in a property trust that purchase one property in one street, in one suburb, in one state, in one country.
The diversity in vpg suits me to a tee.
Its amazing though if property prices were measured on an index like shares, you wonder how many people would still invest in real estate.I digress.
