Well this has sort of confirmed my suspission for a while now that the board is trying to fight off Mccabe, every businessman is about how to make a dollar, Mccabe took a seat on the board to protect His 30 mil. pound, thats all.
After the capital raising news broke He was quoting saying something about its a surprise to Him and but He was glad that He has got His money back, remember how I was arguing that He has kept the share price in limbo for the debt owed to Him, thats also sort of confirmed that He wanted a reverse take over CHEAP, Now that the plant didnt goes His way He left VPG, thats only natural, I'd do the same.
I am also glad that the board is now more unify and can work cohesively to resurrect VPG.
