I'm not sure what to deduct from the announcement. I see it as McCabe taking his bat and ball and going home. It would appear that the board,as a whole, were strong enough to stand against him. That may be a plus as it means a strong board. They, the board, need to demonstrate that they are capable of carrying VPG back to profitability and sustainability. I still have a lt buy for VPG.
