Sounded to me more like they were downsizing the board.. As a part of the cost cutting measures for 2016.. They said the cost cutting for 2015 was complete, and now they are into cost cutting fy16... I asked Brian hodges about lightspeed.. He said lightspeed had been in contact with them providing input from time to time. I got the impression that he thought their business model was buy low sell hi. And again my impression was that they were a little opportunistic.. But obviously they could see the value in the company..
