two cr's a handful of months apart, 1.8b+ shares outstanding, revenue that really isn't worth a damn, an sp that is going nowhere, and now two director's resigning at the same time.... my apologies for not realising that the "the huge nest egg of stock held by directors and associated companies" makes everything a-ok.
