only thing to consider now is the 1.5 million odd shares that may get dumped as a result and the shares that will likely be issued to the incumbent members of the board. not a huge deal but worth considering in the short term given the lack of depth on the sell side.
Will be nice to see if the new blood can turn this into a mine in the not to distant future.
