Think of it this way, at the takeover time with MQB he was happy to sell at 20cents before when he was going to make approx 10c profit, he was in favor of the takeover, were you? Remember his post to try and threaten shareholders into taking the offer from MQB..
Since the takeover he has been busily accumulating and averaging down to increase his holdings by an approximate 18 million more shares for a total in excess of 38 million shares. This means that if he continues to be happy to sell at 20c where he will now make more than 10c profit (lets use 12.5c for a reasonable profit, which is realistic) he will be able to sell his full holdings for almost $5 million in profiit. I also will make some profit but far from what I and many, many more holders believe the companies future value to be.
As the acting CEO Leon said yesterday, now is the time for ALL shareholders to see the company become what we all know it can become so all shareholders can realise real, significant wealth. I do not have any faith that the profit that Trojan is interested in is the same as what the majority of shareholders are hoping for.
