I was at the meeting and Chairman did not react like you suggest. The problem was that TH thought it was a waste of time to talk to a small shareholder, that was all that TH said in the public meeting. Clearly indicates that he does not care about any other shareholder unless he can convince you to blindly follow him and then all he wants from you is your votes.
