if we see that scenario, I think it is safe to assume that Lemonsky will also announce the development snd release plan for MG in the prospect as part of what the money will be used for. That could potentially mean a higher valuation of LS both pre and post IPO. If launch of Engineers is part of that plan and mint sucessfully that would also add value
