My take..
This is another indication that LS is heading towards IPO and listing on the Bursa.
Potential investors would have scrutinised the one remaining year left from the existing directors, better to set up the right management team with a long bright future ahead before listing.
The theory is made more plausible by the profitable quarter we just saw.
