    RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
    International investment and specialised fund and asset management group
    Babcock & Brown (ASX: BNB) today announces the resignation of Dieter
    Rampl and Joe Roby as Directors of the Company.
    Elizabeth Nosworthy, Chairman of Babcock & Brown said, “We would like to
    thank both Dieter and Joe for their insight and significant input into Board
    matters in particular through this difficult period, when the demands on their
    time, given their offshore bases, has been significant.”
