Adam (Shady) Blumenthal was one of the founding directors but a non-executive director which is less responsible and barely involved with the company as simply an outside adviser/overseer not employed or paid by the company as an employee but as a consultant/service provider when required. They don't spend much time on their role and have few duties and responsibilities if any sometimes, so not a big deal involvement. However an unethical non-executive director, who knows what they can get up to with inside information/connections/influences/billings within a company if they see an opportunity to extract fees or gains for themselves whether deserved or not . Good riddance now !!!!!!!
