The major issue is the product is so old it is no longer relevant in the market, when you consider that Homomorphic encryption is where everyone else is going, Microsoft and IBM have clearly said this is the future and there are now products in the market. Google uses one globally as well as a number of very large banks. How can you sell a product which is over 10 years older, if not 15, against the new platforms available.
