Does it matter that much that MT is leaving in 4 months with ODD decision and phase 2/3 study beginning before he leaves. Won't be a lot to do for 6 months other than report interim results and wait for midway point of study.
All participants are now taking 10mg/kg/day as cohort 2 did in below phase 1 trial. CSF NfL level reduced markedly more in cohort 2 compared to cohort 1 (granted only 3 participants measured). ALS function rating score slower decline at higher dose.
RvR too good to ignore for this stock.
