Who knows mate. If it was something like I suggested could possibly be a genuine personal issue, maybe he wants to still be involved but not to the extent required to do the Company justice, or maybe he wants to still play a part in handing over successfully? Maybe he can balance that with whatever he's got going on. Or, maybe he's taking up a new job somewhere else and has to serve the notice. Who knows is all I'm saying.
