Not an expert in when a trial or as they now call it a study actually begins but to my mind it's when the first patient is actually dozed.
I see the announcement of 14 March actually has in its heading that they are on track to commence the study in H1 CY 2024 but also hidden at the bottom of the announcement it states they anticipate to start the study in H2 CY 2024.
