Look, I don't know what MT's 'personal reasons' are (and I'm not ruling out it being the normal smokescreen for another job, etc, either), but comments like yours seem to misunderstand how a person with genuine personal issues could be living out their problem.

About 16 years ago, I was a fully-functioning manager, participating in both work and social activities as though there was no issue, but all the while thinking that I might need to take my own life at any moment to stop the pain that I was feeling, and this has helped me to understand that on the face of it, people can be suffering but still might do things like liking rugby posts on Linkedin - it can be a momentary distraction from the trouble they have going on in their life. I imagine this could occur for lots of different personal reasons.

I'm not judging, just saying. Genuine personal reasons are not beyond possibility here and all of us, whilst interested about our money and the share price, should also keep being human and maybe just tread carefully in case these personal reasons are something 'genuine'.
