If they did know it was coming your correct. However that is not necessarily the case, in-fact I'm told it was dropped at the end of a productive meeting and caught everyone unawares, Monday afternoon.
Personally I think we should all leave speculation behind and move ahead. Grainsofsands post made me remember a work mate who appeared to all the world a happy go lucky bloke. Unfortunately that was not the case and the result was tragic.
Whats important now is whats ahead.
