First off, thank you for all you have done in revitalizing Pharmaust. I sincerely hope your resignation is not due to adverse personal reasons and that you and your family are ok. However I suspect its a result of a rift with the board, in which case I think greater clarity is required.

After discussing the matter with one of the directors, I am satisfied that no rift with the board existed. Unfortunately I'm unable to delete it from the hub but that's ok, the question has been answered to my satisfaction.

Fortunately Michael has left the company in a stronger position than when he found it. The setting up and running of the trial/s was always John Clarke's job and that is the main focus at the moment.

As for the raising of funding, we have considerable talent and experience on the board to take on this role, I suspect a lot of ground work is already done and I hope Michael can still assist in the background in a less visible capacity, over the next 4 months.
